Small Business Funding No Personal Guarantee

You'd rather not put your home or personal assets on the line to fund your business, a reasonable instinct. While many small-business products require a personal guarantee, certain asset-backed and revenue-based structures limit or remove that exposure by securing the financing against business collateral instead. Quordx Capital identifies which lenders in our 50+ network offer no-PG or reduced-PG options for your profile, with decisions in 24-48 hours and nothing charged to you.

How Does No-Personal-Guarantee Funding Actually Work?

A personal guarantee makes you personally liable if the business can't repay. To avoid it, the financing usually needs another form of security, the asset being financed, your receivables, or strong, established business credit standing on its own.

Truly no-PG approvals are most common for well-established businesses or collateral-secured products. For younger companies, expect at least a limited guarantee. Quordx Capital tells you honestly where your profile lands rather than promising what isn't realistic, so you don't waste time chasing a structure your business can't yet support.

Which Funding Options Fit?

Equipment Financing: Secured by the equipment itself, $5K, $5M+, which can reduce or remove the personal guarantee. Best for asset purchases where the machine backs the loan.

Invoice Factoring / A/R Financing: Advances secured by your receivables, not your personal assets. Best for B2B businesses with strong invoices and creditworthy customers.

Business Credit Cards: Some corporate cards for established entities carry no personal guarantee. Best for businesses with solid standalone credit and a few years of history.
