How we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use Quordx Capital.

Last updated: February 1, 2026

1. Introduction

Quordx Capital ("Quordx," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit quordx.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This Site is operated for U.S. small and medium-sized businesses seeking commercial, business-purpose financing. It is not intended for consumers, minors, or individuals located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions outside the United States.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide

When you contact us or submit a form, we may collect your name, business name, email, phone number, business address, industry, time in business, revenue, desired funding amount, intended use of capital, and any other information you choose to share.

b. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site we automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, session identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP. This is collected through standard server logs, first-party cookies, and analytics tools (see Section 6).

c. Information collected by our lending portal partner

When you click "Apply for Funding," you are redirected to a third-party lending portal operated by Levr.ai. Any personal or business information you submit inside that portal (including financial statements, bank data, ownership details, EIN/SSN where applicable, and uploaded documents) is collected by the portal operator and the lender(s) reviewing your file, under their own privacy notices. Quordx receives only the application status and lender match results necessary to assist with your funding.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • Respond to inquiries and provide funding-related support;
  • Match your business with lenders and funding products in our network;
  • Communicate updates about your application, including offers, terms, and required documentation;
  • Monitor and analyze usage and traffic (in aggregate) to improve content and performance;
  • Prevent fraud, debug, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Notice

Although Quordx facilitates commercial, business-purpose financing (which is generally exempt from many federal consumer-protection statutes), we voluntarily treat any nonpublic personal financial information you provide with GLBA-level safeguards. We restrict access to authorized personnel, maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, and do not sell your nonpublic personal financial information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Your Information

We may share information with:

  • Lenders and capital providers in our network so they can evaluate your application and present offers. Each lender has its own privacy practices.
  • Service providers who host the Site, send email, store data, or provide analytics, in each case under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Lending portal operator (Levr.ai) when you proceed to apply through the portal we link to.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. They fall into two groups:

a. Essential cookies (always on)

These keep the Site working. They include a session identifier used to provide the funding inquiry flow, a stored preference for light or dark theme, and the record of your cookie-consent choice itself. Essential cookies do not track your activity off-site.

b. Optional analytics cookies (off until you accept)

These help us understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. If you accept analytics cookies, the following services are activated:

  • Google Analytics (gtag.js) - aggregate traffic and content performance. IP addresses are anonymized. Google may receive device, browser, and approximate-location data derived from IP. Google's privacy practices: policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out individually using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • PostHog - product analytics and session replay used to understand which pages and funding products visitors interact with. PostHog's privacy practices: posthog.com/privacy.
  • First-party server logs of page views and "Apply for Funding" clicks, stored only on Quordx infrastructure for internal performance review.

We do not set advertising or retargeting cookies. Google Consent Mode v2 is configured with ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization permanently denied.

c. Managing your choice

When you first visit the Site we display a banner letting you accept all cookies or use essentials only. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the Site footer.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends GPC, we automatically treat your visit as "essentials only" - the banner is not shown and analytics services are not activated.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly. Blocking cookies may break some features of the Site. We do not currently respond to general "Do Not Track" headers.

7. Your Rights - California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients;
  • Access a copy of the personal information we have about you;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising);
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information;
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@quordx.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will verify your identity using information already in our records before responding. You may also designate an authorized agent.

8. Your Rights - Other U.S. States

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. To submit a request, email privacy@quordx.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Communications and TCPA Consent

By submitting your phone number through any form on the Site or the linked lending portal, you expressly consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Quordx Capital, its lending partners, and their service providers at the number(s) you provided, including via automated dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, for purposes related to your funding inquiry. Consent is not a condition of obtaining funding. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, or contacting us at privacy@quordx.com.

10. Credit Inquiries (ECOA and FCRA)

The initial application submitted through Quordx does not impact your personal credit score. Some lenders may perform a hard credit pull as part of their underwriting. Quordx only proceeds with such checks if you authorize them with the specific lender. Under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, applicants are protected from discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or because all or part of an applicant's income derives from any public-assistance program. Lender decisions are made independently by each lender.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations (including financial and tax recordkeeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Aggregate, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

12. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information transmitted to and stored by us, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including Levr.ai and individual lenders. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Review their privacy notices before submitting information.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
