Our Commitment

Quordx Capital is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to give all visitors an equal opportunity to access information about business funding.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, physical, speech, and neurological disabilities.

quordx.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. The pages we build meet the standard as far as our testing shows; the gaps we know of are in third-party services, listed under Known Limitations below.

We last reviewed the site on October 13, 2026, using automated testing (axe-core) plus manual checks of keyboard-only use, visible focus, color contrast, 200% zoom, narrow mobile screens, and light and dark themes.

Accessibility Features in Use

• Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
• Descriptive alt text for meaningful images and decorative attributes for ornamental ones
• ARIA landmarks and labels for navigation, breadcrumbs, and dialogs
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, buttons, links, and form controls
• "Skip to main content" link for keyboard users
• Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
• Sufficient color contrast for text content meeting WCAG AA targets
• Form fields with programmatic labels, and error messages that name the field to fix
• Responsive design that adapts to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens
• Light and dark color themes to suit user visual preference
• Animation is turned off when your device asks for reduced motion, and the rotating banner on the homepage can be paused
• Cookie consent dialog that honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals automatically

Compatibility

quordx.com is built with standard HTML so it works with assistive technologies, including:

• Screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack
• Browser zoom up to 200%, and screens as narrow as 320 pixels, without loss of content or functionality
• Keyboard-only navigation and speech-recognition software
• Operating-system settings such as reduced motion

The site is designed for current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile. We have not tested every combination of browser and assistive technology, so please tell us if something does not work with yours.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet meet all conformance requirements. Specifically:

• The funding application at apply.quordx.com, which opens when you click "Apply for Funding" or "Get Funding", is run by a technology partner. We do not control its code, so it is not covered by this review. If you have trouble with it, contact us and we will help you apply another way.
• The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party security check, to block spam. It usually passes without any action from you. If it asks you to do something you cannot complete, email us instead.
• Our calculators can be embedded on partner websites. The page around an embedded calculator belongs to that partner and is outside our control.

We try to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days and to propose a solution within ten business days.

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the response from us, you can contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division regarding accessibility complaints under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), at ada.gov.

Ongoing Improvement

We treat accessibility as a continuous process. We fix problems as they are reported or found, and we will update this statement, including the date at the top, each time we review the site again.
